MULTIPLE PACKS
Dispensing multiple packs or multiple repeats of prescription medication
- As pharmacists we must always comply explicitly with your doctors prescribed directions this includes the quantity of the prescription goods to be supplied. Therefore the only time we can supply an increased quantity of a prescribed medicine is if the doctor prescribes that quantity for you.
AUTHORITY PRESCRIPTION

Some PBS medications are restricted and require prior approval from Medicare before a doctor is able to prescribe them on the PBS. This prior approval to prescribe grants the doctor the Authority to prescribe the desired medicine and have it funded under the PBS.
Authority to prescribe an Authority medicine is granted for specific indications and/or for certain patient circumstances. Authority may be obtained by telephone to Medicare Australia (known as "phone approval") or in writing from an authorised delegate of the Minister for Health.
Prescriptions must be written on an Authority Prescription Form, and the approval number must be noted on the prescription. Pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has been approved by Medicare Australia (indicated by the presence of the approval number).
Some drugs may have Authority Required (Streamlined) status which does not require an explicit approval from Medicare, instead the doctor can use the Authority code found in the published Schedule for a given drug/indication.
But still pharmacists cannot dispense the item as a pharmaceutical benefit unless it has the necessary Authority code.

The honest opinion of Vick’s VaporDrops
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a user of cough drop medications I will say that Vick’s VapoDrop does exactly as advertised. It starts by clearing the nose, then soothing the throat before finally the cough disappearing.
It last just long enough before I have to reuse it again if needed Within the two hour time frame.
Also I am glad that natural ingredients are used and you can taste it. Especially the ginger.
Would definitely recommend it to everyone that had a cold and needed something to help give relief. Also will be buying it again when needed.

Vicks VapoDrops + Honey Lemon Menthol.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vicks VapoDrops is a light cough menthol which has a pleasant lemon-eucalyptus taste. Though this menthol could be enjoyed and useful when you have a light cough, it isn't really that effective for easing normal cold conditions. The menthol taste could've been more heightened and longer-lasting so that it is able to swell up relief with intense cold conditions. This menthol relieves coughs for a short amount of time, doesn't completely clear blocked nose and mildly soothe sore throats. Once again, it is only effective for someone suffering from light cough conditions.

Very strong, Clears the nose and throat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These drops are in a convenient sized pack and provide a strong freshness to your nose and mouth. The flavour of these drops does not taste like the traditional honey and lemon flavour you'd expect. It has a very strong flavour, gingery, which takes some getting used to but it's not exactly unpleasant once you get used to it. I would only recommend this product for adults who don't mind strong ginger and liquorice flavours. It works well to clear the nose and throat but the flavour strength really let's it down.

YOU MESSED IT UP BY PUTTING HONEY IN IT
WHY DID YOU START PUTTING HONEY IN THE LEMON MENTHOL COUGH DROPS. IT TASTES TERRIBLE NOW. I HAVE A COUPLE OF BOXES OF THE OLD LEMON MENTHOL AND I LOVE THEM. USED THEM ALL THE TIME. THESE NEW ONES ARE HORRIBLE AND I WON'T USE THEM. IF YOU STILL SELL THE OTHERS CAN YOU TELL ME WHERE I CAN GET THEM IN iPSWICH QLD AUSTRALIA PLEASE. I HATE THESE NEW ONES
